Whistleblower Channel

BALDONI's Whistleblower Channel is a safe, confidential and exempt medium that allows anyone to report corruption, misconduct, harassment, discrimination and other illegalities. The information recorded here is received by the company's Presidency.

You can confidentially register, anonymously or not, matters related to the following topics:

• Harassment, Abuse of Power, Discrimination or Retaliation;
• Ethical and/or Inappropriate Conduct of a Sexual Nature;
• Inappropriate Verbal or Written Communication;
• Corruption;
• Conflict of interests;
• Nepotism;
• Diversion of Resources;
• Misuse of Information (internal fraud).

If your expression is a complaint, suggestion, request for information, praise or evidence of irregularities in processes involving Baldoni, but that are not related to the conduct of employees, of any hierarchical function, please register your message in the Fale Conosco Channel of the contact page (click here to access).

The information that constitutes a complaint, even if of anonymous origin, must observe the existence of minimum indications of relevance, authorship and materiality.

The manifestation may be closed, without producing a conclusive answer, when the author fails to comply with the duties of:

I – expose the facts according to the truth;
II – proceed with loyalty, civility and good faith;
III – not to act recklessly; or
IV – provide the information requested to clarify the facts.
