Peanut Sauce with Honey
This sweet and sour and spicy sauce will surprise your guests with its crunchiness.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of ginger
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
2 tablespoons of Baldoni Honey
1 clove of garlic
1 spoon of salt (to taste)
Preparation:
Mix all the dressing ingredients well and pour over the salad.
Honey Mustard Sauce
Mustard and honey is an unbeatable combination to add a special touch to your salads.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon mustard (brand your preference)
1 tablespoon of Baldoni Honey
3 tablespoons of vinegar
½ cup (tea) of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
Preparation mode:
In a glass jar with a lid, add the mustard, orange blossom honey, vinegar and oil. Cover and shake well to form a smooth sauce. Taste – some mustards are spicier and saltier than others – and then season with salt. Cover again and shake just to mix. Use immediately or keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Barbecue sauce
Ideal for roasts, snacks and snacks.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons of olive oil
½ onion grated
½ cup of tomato sauce
½ cup of ketchup
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
juice of ½ lemon
1 tablespoon (dessert) vinegar
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
3 tablespoons of Baldoni Honey
Preparation mode:
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion.
Add the tomato sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
Then add the lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, mix and leave on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Finally, add the honey and mix until smooth.
Lemon and Honey Dressing for Salads
Natural and sweet flavor for your salads.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon cold pressed flaxseed oil
01 tablespoon of Baldoni Honey
Preparation mode:
Mix the lemon with olive oil and flaxseed oil. Add the honey and mix until it completely dissolves in the sauce. (If you want a sweeter sauce, add more honey).
Adjust the seasoning to your taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper (in this sweet and sour, a delicious option is to use only pink pepper)
